Bank Swim Instructor

Salary up to £15.50 per hour depending on experience

As Britain’s largest Healthcare Charity, we’re passionate about helping people find more ways to be fit and healthy. We’re looking for someone with a confident, approachable manner and excellent communication skills to provide safe, effective swimming lessons for our customers.

As a Bank Swim Instructor at our Liverpool Fitness and Wellbeing Gym, you’ll need a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification, along with a good track record of teaching swimmers of all ages and abilities. Experience required or willingness to learn to teach ducklings, adults, and the Learn to Swim programs. Must be available for 48 weeks of the year.

As a Bank Swim Instructor, you will:

  • Engage, teach, and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
  • Make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
  • Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
  • Have high expectations of swimmers and demonstrate good class management
