Job summary

Cisco in Reading seeks an ambitious Inside Sales professional to develop new pipeline for enterprise IT solutions. The role partners with Enterprise Sales to generate opportunities, qualify deals, and build rapport with new clients.

The ideal candidate is a sales hunter with a team mindset, strong presentation skills, and fluency in Swedish and English, ready to travel occasionally and grow within the sales organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years selling or generating demand for enterprise IT solutions.
• Fluent Swedish and English language skills.
• Passion for research, data and analysis driving action.
• Ability to analyse business data to tell an actionable story.
• Proficiency with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and Xing.
• CRM or Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Self-motivation and relentless in pursuit of success.
• Excellent presentation skills and clear communication.
• High energy and contagious optimism.
• Confident handling of objections and conflict.
• Logic-based problem solving and prioritization.
• Executive presence with dedication to customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Create pipeline for your territory using demand generation and prospecting tools.
• Find new opportunities and quickly develop rapport with new clients.
• Explore & identify new opportunities in new accounts and/or buying centres.
• Qualify opportunities by deep-diving into problem and how Splunk can solve it using BANT.
• Research and present business intelligence about customers and prospects.
• Generate business opportunities through networking and cold-calling.
• Travel occasionally for training and meetings.
• You’ll drive sales activities on strategic accounts with partners; grow sales acumen and move to other roles.
