Job summary

The Environment Agency Pension Fund (EAPF) is seeking an experienced investment professional to oversee the pool LPPI and help deliver a sustainability-led Investment Strategy. You will monitor a diverse set of investments and report to the Investment Oversight Group and Pensions Committee.

We value strong communication, climate and natural capital insights, and a collaborative approach across the fund and its partners. Flexible working is supported, with travel to Bristol and London as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience investing across asset classes and markets.
• Strong understanding of responsible investment and impact investing.
• Knowledge of climate science and natural capital relevant to investing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of LPPI and contribute to Strategy Delivery.
• Monitor investments in public and private markets and report findings.
• Advise on climate change and biodiversity impacts of investments.
• Communicate Fund investment approach to committees and external partners.
