St Austell Brewery is seeking a Sustainability Manager to lead the implementation of their sustainability strategy, Crafting a Brighter Future. This role is pivotal in embedding sustainability across operations, driving engagement, and managing reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in sustainability and excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and driving initiatives to promote environmental and social value effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability, ESG or responsible business, either in house or consultancy.
• Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, reporting requirements and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
