Job summary

Advocate Group, a leading UK recruitment partner, seeks a Project Manager, Sustainability & Social Impact (EMEA) to own end-to-end ESG delivery for a globally iconic beverage brand. You will work with senior stakeholders and report into the VP of Legal, driving philanthropy, inclusion and sustainability across the EMEA region.

You’ll manage multiple projects, build partnerships and lead governance processes, with a focus on meaningful social impact.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in project or programme management, ideally with ESG/sustainability/inclusion exposure.
• Ability to run multiple priorities independently without prompting.
• Strong governance instincts; comfortable with risk registers and governance meetings.
• Genuine passion for social impact; this role is part of the business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation to closure, owning plans, timelines, risk and governance.
• Drive corporate giving and charitable partnership programmes with Legal and Compliance on due diligence.
• Lead inclusion-focused initiatives that remove barriers and build equitable opportunity across the region.
• Coordinate sustainability workstreams with Brand, Comms and functional teams, plus NGO and environmental partners.
• Build and activate engagement communities that bring people into the mission.
