Qualifications

What You’ll Do
  • Carry out Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), stock condition and HHSRS surveys
  • Inspect properties pre- and post-works, diagnosing issues and specifying repairs
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and housing standards
  • Collaborate with contractors, tenants, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and budget
  • Use data systems to maintain accurate records and drive service improvements
What We’re Looking For
  • Qualification in a trade occupation (Level 3 or above)
  • Membership of CIOB, RICS, ASCP (or working towards)
  • DEA qualified (SAP 10 methodology) or willing to train
  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance, energy efficiency, and housing law
  • Excellent communication, IT, and project management skills
  • Full driving licence and business insurance
