Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in an NHS patient/customer focused administration role for at least 1 year.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead the waiting lists coordination for a group of Consultants in line with Trust policies and government targets for elective surgery.
• Coordinate admissions and pre-operative assessment appointments with key staff.
• Schedule theatre lists and related appointments across surgical specialties to optimise theatre utilisation.
