Job summary

Olympus Surgical is seeking a proactive Territory Manager to promote our surgical devices and endoscopy imaging solutions across London. You will engage with surgeons, hospital procurement teams and clinical staff to drive growth and ensure optimal product utilization.

The role requires field sales experience in healthcare/medical devices, strong relationship-building, and the ability to present product demonstrations, deliver training and maintain accurate CRM forecasts.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales within healthcare/medical devices
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to deliver product demonstrations and trainings

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Olympus surgical devices and endoscopy imaging products in London
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the territory
• Build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff and procurement teams
• Conduct product demonstrations and clinical training sessions for medical professionals
• Provide technical support and after-sales service to clients
• Forecast sales opportunities and maintain CRM records
