Job summary

Olympus is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Territory Manager to drive our surgical devices and endoscopy business across Birmingham, Leicester, Solihull, Coventry, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire. You will travel within a defined territory to engage surgeons, nurses and procurement teams, delivering product demonstrations and clinical information.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device sales.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer accounts.
• Confident presenting product and clinical information to varied audiences.
• Strong communication, planning and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially aware and able to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a territory business plan to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Promote Olympus surgical devices and endoscopy products through customer visits and presentations.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, procurement teams and other clinical stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Support product evaluations, training and implementation with clinical/technical colleagues.
• Monitor market activity and share customer and competitor insights.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans and CRM records.
• Represent Olympus professionally and in line with policies and regulations.
