As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Olympus’s cutting‑edge respiratory and endo‑sonography medical devices and solutions within your assigned territory. You will build strong relationships with healthcare providers, provide product demonstrations, deliver technical training, and ensure customer satisfaction.
This role is field based covering London, Kent & Surrey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Educate and train healthcare professionals on Olympus RES products and technologies.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer inquiries.
- Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, including respiratory therapists, pulmonologists, gastroenterologists, and other associated healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular meetings and communications with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide ongoing support and assistance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering expertise and guidance on our product offerings, industry trends, and best practices in Respiratory and Endosonography procedures.
- Market Analysis intelligence and trends
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to Respiratory and Endosonography equipment and procedures in designated territory.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement, new product development, and market expansion.
- Using CRM provide regular reports and sales activity updates, market trends, and customer feedback to management and relevant stakeholder
What experience and skill set is required for this role?
- Experience within a field sales environment, within the healthcare or medical device sector
- Self‑motivated with a strong will to succeed
- Highly skilled in organising and planning multiple demands & priorities
