The Osteotec Spine Division is searching for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby would be the ideal locations.
Brief Description: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales in the designated territory in line with company objectives. With guidance from the Sales Manager, they manage all elements of the sales cycle, including setting objectives, planning, implementing activities, reviewing results, and adjusting plans accordingly.
The role involves growing Osteotec’s business by directly selling products to customers, including Spine Surgeons, decision makers, and supporting customer acquisition through technical expertise in the territory.
Requirements include excellent interpersonal skills, assertiveness, ambition, tenacity, organizational skills, adaptability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proven sales experience, especially in medical devices related to spine or orthopaedics, is essential. A valid driving license is required as this is a field-based role.
