The Osteotec Spine Division is searching for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby would be the ideal locations.

Brief Description: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales in the designated territory in line with company objectives.

Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager manages all elements of the sales cycle, including setting objectives, planning, implementing activities, reviewing results, and adjusting plans accordingly.

The role involves growing Osteotec’s business by directly selling products to customers such as Spine Surgeons, decision-makers in clinical and non-clinical roles, and supporting customer acquisition through technical expertise within the territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote, demonstrate, and sell a range of spine products into NHS and private hospitals.
  • Achieve sales results aligned with monthly and annual targets and KPIs.
  • Demonstrate medical equipment within theatre and clinical environments.
  • Conduct product trials and evaluations to drive sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support customer acquisition.
  • Develop and execute an effective sales business plan.
  • Manage resources and materials, including consignment stock in hospitals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers, including surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital administration.
  • Organize and conduct training workshops with surgical and theatre staff.
  • Report regularly to Sales Managers on sales activities and market conditions.
  • Engage with key opinion leaders in the territory.
  • Ensure business activities comply with ethical and legal standards.
  • Liaise with other company functions to meet sales objectives.
  • Spend approximately 80% of time in theatre environments.
  • Perform other relevant duties as needed.
