The Osteotec Spine Division is searching for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby would be the ideal locations.
Brief Description: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales in the designated territory in line with company objectives.
With the guidance of the Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager manages all elements of the sales cycle, including setting objectives, sales planning, implementing sales activities, reviewing results, and adjusting the plan accordingly.
The role involves growing Osteotec’s business by directly selling products to customers such as Spine Surgeons, clinical and non-clinical decision makers, and supporting customer acquisition through technical expertise in the territory.
Responsibilities:
Requirements include excellent interpersonal skills, decisiveness, ambition, self-motivation, adaptability, planning ability, discipline, and a business-minded approach. Candidates should have proven sales experience, preferably in medical devices within spine, orthopaedics, or operating theatre environments, and hold a valid driving license.
