Job summary

The Woodland Trust in the United Kingdom is seeking a Supporter Journey Executive to design, implement and optimise supporter journeys using Dynamics 365/CRM tools. This hybrid role blends home working with monthly attendance at our Grantham head office in Lincolnshire.

You will build, deploy and refine journeys, run A/B tests, troubleshoot issues and help internal colleagues improve processes, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience building and delivering supporter journeys or campaigns.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of marketing automation and customer lifecycle journeys.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimisation.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong prioritisation and ability to manage deadlines.
• Knowledge of data selection and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure and deploy supporter journeys using Dynamics 365/CRM tools.
• Support setup and refinement of triggers, workflows and conditional text.
• Troubleshoot journey issues and provide resolutions to blockers.
• Design and execute journey tests including A/B testing and segmentation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify or improve processes within the system and advise internal users.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of workload.
• Hybrid role with monthly head office attendance at Grantham, Lincolnshire.
• Fixed-term contract for 9 months.
