Job summary

Creative Support seeks a Service Manager to oversee a portfolio of five supported living services across Oxford and Reading. You will spend time in Oxford three days a week, with oversight of Reading services, including a new Reading service mobilised in July 2026.

You will lead on mobilising the new service, maintain quality and regulatory compliance, and build strong relationships with families, staff, and commissioners while driving expansion of high-quality supported living.
