Job summary
Purosearch Ltd is seeking an experienced Learning Disabilities Service Manager to lead supported living services in Abingdon and Didcot, Oxfordshire. You will ensure high-quality, person-centred care, compliance with CQC standards, and strong team development.
The role offers a £51,000 salary, full-time permanent contract, opportunities for progression, funded training and a supportive leadership team.
Qualifications
- Previous management experience within Supported Living or LD services.
- Experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations.
- Excellent safeguarding and positive behaviour support knowledge.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Budget management and driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple Supported Living services across Oxfordshire.
- Inspire, coach and develop Team Leaders and Support Workers.
- Ensure compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards and legislation.
- Oversee safeguarding, risk management and behavioural support.
- Manage recruitment, supervision and performance management.
- Monitor quality assurance, audits and action plans.
- Build relationships with commissioners and healthcare professionals.
- Manage service budgets and staffing levels.
- Drive continuous improvement and growth initiatives.
