Job summary

Styleacre in Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Support Manager to lead and develop our supported living services, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives. You’ll oversee a team including Assistant Support Managers and Support Workers, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support.

The role involves day-to-day management, safeguarding, risk assessment, and building strong relationships with families, social care colleagues and external professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in social care or supported living.
• Strong safeguarding and risk management knowledge.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and CQC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop group of supported living services.
• Develop person-centred support plans and goals.
• Manage recruitment, induction and training.
• Oversee finances and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate emergencies and on-call rota.
• Maintain compliance with CQC and contractual obligations.
