Qualifications

• Recent experience as a Registered Manager, Area Manager or Operations Manager.
• Strong knowledge of CQC compliance, safeguarding and governance.
• Experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, ADHD and behaviours that challenge.

Responsibilities

• Acting as Registered Manager across three supported living services.
• Deputising for the Head of Care when required.
• Leading compliance, quality and operational performance.
