Job summary

United Response is recruiting a Registered Service Manager to lead a learning disability and mental health service across London/Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire. You will provide strong leadership, ensure CQC compliance, develop staff and drive quality, safeguarding, and budgets.

The role requires hands-on, energetic leadership, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a committed team.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager within learning disability services.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
Experience leading large, diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the service, ensuring high quality, person-centred support.
Hold CQC Registered Manager status and ensure compliance with all regulatory, statutory and organisational standards.
Lead, develop and motivate the staff team through effective supervision, recruitment and performance management.
Drive continuous improvement in quality, practice and service outcomes.
Manage service budgets and ensure financial processes are followed.
Build positive relationships with families, commissioners and partner agencies.
Ensure safeguarding, risk management and quality assurance processes are robust and effective.
