Job summary

Persona Care & Support Limited is seeking a capable manager to lead the quality and safety oversight of several supported living services for adults with learning disabilities in the Bury area. You will supervise a team of support workers, collaborate with the deputy and registered managers, and participate in rota and on-call coverage to ensure seamless service delivery.

The role requires a flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to build positive relationships with people receiving care.

• Experience of managing a team of staff and adapting to get the most out of everyone.
• Ability to develop appropriate relationships with people and to provide support that makes a positive difference.

Responsibilities

• Manage the quality and safety of a number of supported living services for adults with learning disabilities in the Bury area.
• Be supported by the deputy manager and registered manager; assist with duty rota and on-call cover.
• Coordinate with an operational support officer and a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care.
