Job summary

Turning Point in Thanet, Kent seeks a Supported Living Manager to oversee 4 adjacent blocks with 28 flats, providing intensive support to adults with autism, learning disabilities or health needs. You’ll lead operations, develop flexible plans with our digital care system, and supervise staff to deliver consistently high-quality care.

As a not-for-profit provider with 300 locations, Turning Point emphasizes people-first values, collaboration with professionals, and continual service improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within learning disability or supported living.
• Knowledge of CQC and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing multiple properties.
• Experience budgeting and staying within parameters.
• Staff management and development experience.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work with commissioners, stakeholders and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality services and manage day-to-day operations.
• Develop and maintain flexible support plans using digital care management system.
• Collaborate with people we support, families and professionals.
• Lead and manage staff teams, delegate tasks.
• Ensure budget adherence.
• Travel between sites and maintain driving arrangements if required.
