Job summary

Turning Point UK in London is seeking a Supported Living Manager to oversee four homes and deliver person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities and additional health issues.

You will lead a team of Managers, ensure quality and governance, and collaborate with commissioners to drive service improvements and growth in a not-for-profit framework.

Supported Living Manager - London

We have an opportunity as a Supported Living Manager to join our services in London where we provide 24 hour supported living support for adults that live with Learning Disabilities and additional health issues.As Supported Living Manager, you will be responsible for 4 of our supported living homes across London.There is a strong focus on supporting individuals' lives in a person-centred way which includes various activities, including shopping, managing own budgets and We endeavour to create positive family relationships offering a good circle of support. cooking. We tailor our services to enable people to be as independent as possible.Everyone has their own unique reason for choosing Turning Point. Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a group of Team Managers and colleagues across a cluster of homes to deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centred support.

You will be required to be part of an on-call rota

The Ideal Candidate

What skills and qualities do I need to have?

Essential
  • Proven experience leading health or social care services across multiple sites
  • Knowledge of CQC and experience of managing services which are governed by these regulations
  • Strong leadership capability, including coaching, development and performance management of managers
  • Sound knowledge of quality, governance, safeguarding and risk management frameworks
  • Ability to use data, KPIs and insight to drive improvement and informed decision‑making
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with colleagues, commissioners and partners
Desirable
  • Involvement in service growth, mobilisation or contract management
  • Confidence in using digital systems and promoting technology‑enabled ways of working
