Qualifications

• Experience working within the Learning Disability sector.
• Able to communicate clearly and work as part of a team.
• Flexible, patient and non-judgemental.
• Willing to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Promoting the independence of people we support.
• Managing daily activities including cleaning and cooking.
• Arranging activities in the home and local community.
• Developing residents' life skills and personal interests.
• Assisting with personal care and medication.
• Maintaining records and contributing to monitoring.
