Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Project Assistant (Supported Housing) in High Wycombe. This permanent role involves 37.5 hours per week at Old Tea Warehouse, with shifts and weekends as required.

You’ll help run a supported housing service, focusing on safety and wellbeing without personal care, including liaising with GP, Social Services, or benefits teams, logging incidents, and preparing rooms for new occupants. Experience in customer-facing roles and supporting vulnerable people, plus basic admin/IT

Qualifications

• Experience of working with people in a customer facing environment.
• Understanding of supporting vulnerable people – lived experience of homelessness or addiction is a plus.
• Basic administrative and IT skills and attention to detail are required to maintain records and in-house systems.

Responsibilities

• You will be key in the day-to-day running of one of Riverside's supported housing services, focusing on safety and wellbeing without personal care.
• Support customers in conversations with GP, Social Services, or benefits teams and liaise with emergency services when needed.
• Log all incidents to maintain accurate records and prepare rooms for the next occupant after a customer leaves.
• Carry out day-to-day administration and operational duties and maintain clear records on the digital platform.
• Assist with referrals, tenancy-related support, and reporting as part of a holistic service delivery.
