Job summary

Riverside is recruiting a Project Assistant to support one of our housing services in Camden. The role involves ensuring safety and wellbeing, handling referrals, logging incidents and preparing rooms for new occupants.

The job is full-time, permanent, with a rota and 37.5 hours per week, based in London. You will work with customers who have varied needs, maintain records, and support tenancy and benefits processes while coordinating with internal teams to deliver a high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Understanding of supporting vulnerable people, including lived experience.
• Basic administrative and IT skills necessary to maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering personalised support and move-on plans.
• Understand risk management and assist regular reviews of support and risk.
• Motivate customers to meet outcomes and develop life skills.
• Assist with tenancy-related matters and day-to-day support.
• Signpost to external services and support access to employment, education and training.
• Maintain clear records on the in-house digital platform.
