Qualifications

• Recent experience of support work, risk management and managing caseloads with vulnerable and diverse customer groups.
• Knowledge and proven continuous personal development of working with vulnerable adults using specialist knowledge.
• Experience of working in challenging environments with the ability to plan, prioritise and organise tasks to achieve results.
• Experience of building effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Manager with planning within the service, including delegating case management.
• Develop relationships with local services and stakeholders to enable access to community resources.
• Attend networking events and promote trauma-informed ways of working.
• Ensure consistent, asset-based support for all customers and produce required reports.
