Job summary

Riverside, a leading not-for-profit housing and regeneration organisation, invites applications for a Project Assistant based at our Manchester service. The role focuses on safe, respectful support for customers with complex needs while maintaining tenancy processes and joint working with external agencies.

The role involves shift patterns on a 37.5 hour week, weekends and bank holidays on a rolling rota. Sensitivity to safeguarding and the ability to work as part of a dedicated team are

Qualifications

• Experience of working with people in a customer facing environment.
• Understanding of supporting vulnerable people - may include lived experience of homelessness or addictions.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day running of one of Riverside's supported housing services.
• Log incidents and maintain accurate records of events.
• Prepare rooms for new occupants and assist with tenancy-related matters.
• Support customers to access employment, education and training opportunities.
• Signpost to external support services and promote customer involvement.
