What you'll be doing:

  • Providing confidential administrative support to senior managers, including diary management, arranging meetings, organising travel, and taking accurate meeting minutes.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, statistical information, and supporting documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong IT skills, including practical experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience taking accurate and professional meeting minutes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor information for different audiences.

  • A strong customer focus and a genuine desire to deliver excellent service.
  • An understanding of data protection, confidentiality, equality, and inclusion within a professional environment.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain attention to detail.
  • A full driving licence and the ability to travel to different office locations and meetings as required.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive and passionate team that is committed to improving services and making a positive impact on people's lives. You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, gain exposure to a variety of projects, and play an important role in supporting high-quality housing services.
