Job summary

Agincare is seeking Support Workers to join our team in Rainham, Rochester and Gillingham in Kent. You’ll support young individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs with compassionate, person-centered care across multiple services.

You will encourage independence, assist with daily living activities, personal care, meals and budgeting, and communicate using each person’s preferred method.

Qualifications

  • Requirements include: 12 months right to work and 12 months experience in support work.
  • Full valid UK driving licence is required.

Requirements

  • Specialising - supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches.
  • Recording - keeping accurate records & reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management.
