Responsibilities

• Encouraging independence and participation in the community.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living including personal care, meal planning and budgeting.
• Support with social activities and routines to enhance quality of life.
• Communicate effectively using each resident's preferred method.
• Promote positive behaviour support where required.
• Keep accurate records and report changes in health or circumstances to management.
• Be a team player and use initiative when needed.

Where youll be working: Semington, Trowbridge This service supports 3 ladies living with learning disabilities in a small village between Melksham and Trowbridge with great public transport links to the wider community. To live independently within their own home and community. We are looking for support workers to join our amazing team, to continue delivering outstanding outcomes.
