Job summary

Agincare Group in Bromley is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join our residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will work a 10pm–7am shift, delivering person-centred care and promoting independence, safety and wellbeing.

We provide short-break and respite care for adults with learning disabilities and learning difficulties at our welcoming residential service in Bromley. Our dedicated team supports individuals to enjoy a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment during their stay, while promoting independence, wellbeing, and person-centred care.

This rewarding service offers vital support to both the people we care for and their families, delivering high-quality short-term residential stays that encourage choice, dignity, and meaningful experiences.

What is required from you?
