Inicio Group Ltd in Preston is hiring a Support Worker (Supported Accommodation) to help young people aged 16 to 19 transition to adulthood. The role is full-time (34 hours) with sleep-in shifts, and includes a generous welcome package and ongoing training.

You will work in a multi-agency setting, promote independence, and deliver wraparound support. DBS checks, driving licence required, and a commitment to non-discriminatory care are essential; benefits include health plan, pension, holiday

Qualifications

• Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care (Desired).
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience (Desired).
• Hold a valid driving licence and access to own vehicle (Required).
• Minimum age 21 years (Required).
• DBS on Update Service (Desired).
• Willing and able to do Sleep In shifts (Required).

Responsibilities

• Work alongside young people, promoting independence and preparing them for adulthood.
• Support multiagency partners to ensure wraparound services are provided.
• Be a positive role model, treating individuals with respect and without discrimination.
