Job summary

Inicio Group Ltd in Castleford is seeking a committed Support Worker for our Supported Accommodation service. The role focuses on helping young people aged 16 to 19 transition to adulthood, promoting independence and personal growth within a person-centred team.

The position is full-time (34 hours) with sleeps and a rolling 3-week rota, including weekends and evenings. A £500 welcome bonus is offered, plus induction, pension, a health plan and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care (Desired).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (Desired).
• Hold a valid Driving licence and access to own vehicle (Required).
• Minimum age 21 years (Required).
• DBS on Update System (Desired).
• Willing & able to do Sleep In shifts (Required).

• Provide wrap-around support in partnership with internal and external professionals.
• Treat individuals with respect and without discrimination.
• Be a positive role model for young people and colleagues.
