Job summary
Inicio Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our accommodation services in Preston. You will work with young people aged 16 to 19, promoting independence and helping them transition to adulthood on a 38-hour, full-time rota.
The role includes a comprehensive induction, ongoing training, and benefits such as a £500 welcome bonus, pension, health plan, and DBS support. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to enable outreach and on-site support.
Qualifications
- Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care (desirable).
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (desirable).
- Valid driving licence and access to own vehicle (required).
- Minimum age 19 (required).
- DBS on Update Service (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Work with young people to promote independence and transition to adulthood.
- Collaborate with multiagency partners to provide wrap-around support.
- Be a positive role model through reliable communication and conduct.
