Job summary

Inicio Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for its Liverpool-based Supported Accommodation service. You will work full-time (34 hours) with sleep shifts, promoting independence and planning young people’s transition to adulthood.

Salary ranges from £31,984 to £32,868 per year, with a £500 welcome bonus (£250 after induction, £250 after probation) and £75 per sleep. Induction is 2 weeks with full training and numerous employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care (Desired)
• Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience (Desired)
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle (Required)
• Minimum age of 21 (Required)
• DBS on Update System (Desired)
• Willing & able to do Sleep In shifts (Required)
