Inicio Group Ltd in Warrington is seeking a part-time Support Worker (Supported Accommodation) to help young people aged 16–19 transition to adulthood. The role is 19 hours per week with a salary of £13.00–£13.50 per hour and includes a welcome bonus on induction and probation.

Join a values‑driven team with a three‑week induction, DBS support, pension, health plan, and a comprehensive development programme. Sleep-in shifts are required and a driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care (desirable).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (desirable).
• Hold a valid driving licence and access to own vehicle (required).
• Minimum age 19 (required).
• Willing to do Sleep In shifts (required).

Responsibilities

• Work with young people to promote independence and transition to adulthood.
• Collaborate with multiagency professionals to ensure wrap-around support.
• Promote equality and non-discrimination in all interactions.
• Be a positive role model for young people and colleagues.
