The ideal candidate will have Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), 1+ year of relevant experience, a valid driving licence, and a willingness to do Sleep In shifts; induction is provided with extensive

Qualifications

• Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care (Desired).
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience (Desired).
• Hold a valid driving licence and access to own vehicle (Required).
• Minimum age 21 years (Required).
• DBS on Update System (Desired).
• Willing and able to do Sleep In shifts (Required).

Responsibilities

• Promote independence and prepare young people for adulthood.
• Work with multiagency professionals to provide wrap-around support.
• Ensure equality and non-discrimination in all actions.
• Be a positive role model for young people and colleagues.
• Communicate clearly; written and verbal in day-to-day duties.
• Support young people aged 16–19 transitioning from care.
