Job summary

Inicio Group Ltd is recruiting a Support Worker for our Preston service (Supported Accommodation). The role is full-time (34 hours) with sleeps; salary £31,984 - £32,868 per annum (£13.00 - £13.50 per hour) and a sleep-in allowance of £75 per sleep.

Benefits include a £500 welcome bonus, intensive 2-week/80-hour induction, Pension, Cash Health Plan, 5.6 weeks holiday, DBS costs refunded after probation and long service awards. Sleep in shifts required.

Qualifications

• Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care (Desired).
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience (Desired).
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle (Required).
• Minimum age 21 (Required).
• DBS on Update Service (Desired).
• Willing & able to do Sleep In shifts (Required).

Responsibilities

• Work with young people to promote independence and prepare them for adulthood.
• Collaborate on wrap-around support with multiagency professionals.
• Be a positive role model for young people and colleagues.
