Peabody is hiring a Support Worker for our Young People’s Service, helping 18-24-year-olds including those leaving care or experiences of homelessness. This is a semi-independent housing setting with guidance rather than personal care, aimed at building confidence, life skills and moving toward independent living.
You’ll join a team, manage support plans, risk assessments and reviews, and support budgeting and tenancy tasks while promoting engagement with education and services.
