As a Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll work within our HPFT-funded services in Hertfordshire, supporting adults with lived experience of mental health challenges. You’ll help individuals build stability, develop independent living skills, and move forward in their recovery journey through a person-centred and trauma-informed approach. Working across our service in Cheshunt, you’ll play a vital role in empowering customers to overcome barriers, improve their wellbeing, and achieve greater independence.
You’re a compassionate and resilient individual who is passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives. You’re able to build strong, trusting relationships and support customers with empathy while maintaining professional boundaries. You’re also organised, adaptable, and confident working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Please note this role will require an Enhanced DBS check as well as participation in an on-call rota.
