Job summary

Peabody is seeking a Female Care Support Worker to help women live independently in an all-women's service. You will provide practical support, personal care, and encouragement to participate in community activities, building trust and empowerment.

No prior care experience is required as full training and support are provided; a full UK manual driving licence is essential and a DBS check is required. You will work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.

Female Care Support Worker – Make a Real Difference Every Day

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting women with day-to-day living, personal care, and wellbeing
  • Encouraging independence, choice, and confidence

  • Creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment
  • Keeping clear records and contributing to support plans
  • Working flexibly across a rota, including evenings, weekends, and occasional night shifts

This role follows a 24/7 working pattern, which includes overnight shifts, weekends, and bank holidays. You’ll need to be flexible and ready to support people when they need you most.
