Peabody is seeking a Support Worker for our Young People's Service in Witham to help young people build skills, confidence and resilience to live independently. You’ll support those facing homelessness, disability, ill health, or social exclusion to achieve goals and a positive future.
Responsibilities include creating support plans, risk assessments, and reviews; helping with budgeting, cooking, shopping, and tenancy management; enabling access to education, employment, and community services;

This is a full-time, onsite role. You'll work five days per week, including weekends and bank holidays, on a rota basis.
Flexibility is essential for this role.
