The National Autistic Society is seeking a caring and reliable Support Worker for Longford Court to help autistic adults in residential services. You will follow individual support plans and daily routines, assisting with personal care and promoting independence.
This part-time weekend role requires empathy, good communication, and a passionate commitment to improving lives. A driving licence is preferred; DBS checks are part of the process.

Pale Road and Old Road are specialist services that provides 24-hour residential support for four autistic adults with moderate to complex behavioural needs.
About the Role We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers.
Your role is to help people live their best lives by following their support plans and daily routines.
What You’ll Do Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating) Encourage activities they enjoy (swimming, hiking, arts & crafts) Support life skills & independence (budgeting, shopping, meal preparation)
What We’re Looking For For you to inspire others with a positive attitude towards supporting vulnerable people Experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential Personal experience or a passion for helping others is welcome This advert is for a part-time position at 16 Hours per week.
This is for weekend shifts only.
Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) ispreferred What we can offer you Pension
