The National Autistic Society is urgently seeking a caring Support Worker for Rhyd Hir in Neath, Wales. This part-time role is 20 hours per week within a 24-hour residential service for autistic adults, where you will follow individual support plans and daily routines.
You’ll assist with personal care, encourage activities, and help develop life skills like budgeting and meal preparation, while maintaining a positive, flexible attitude.

Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is preferred
