The National Autistic Society is seeking a compassionate Support Worker at Longford Court to assist with personal care, encourage activities, and support life skills for autistic adults.
This is a full-time, 35-hour-per-week fixed-term role (maternity cover) until May 2027; driving licence preferred. We offer auto-enrolled pension, 33 days annual leave, induction and autism training, and access to private health and other staff discounts.

Pale Road and Old Road are specialist services that provides 24-hour residential support for four autistic adults with moderate to complex behavioural needs.
About the Role We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers.
