The National Autistic Society is seeking a caring, reliable Support Worker at Cherry Trees in Burnham-on-Sea. This part-time role (27 hours per week) involves helping adults live their best lives by following individual support plans and daily routines.
You will work with a team to provide personal care, facilitate activities, and promote independence while complying with safeguarding requirements. Evening and weekend work are included, and a driving licence is preferred.

Cherry Trees is a residential service in Burnham-on-Sea for nine autistic adults. Our safe, low-arousal environment and fully-trained experienced staff help people to learn and work towards more independent living.

To protect our autistic adults at the National Autistic Society, all staff are required to have a criminal background check. Possession of an Enhanced DBS Check either on the Update Service or conducted within the last 12 months would be preferable but not essential.
