Liaise is expanding with a brand-new clustered service delivering bespoke support for four people with learning disabilities and autism. As a waking nights Support Worker, you will help create a warm, person-centred environment from the ground up and empower individuals to live the lives they choose.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care or support setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding and protecting vulnerable adults.

• Encourage independence while supporting hobbies, family time and local activities.
• Promote dignity, choice, respect and positive outcomes daily.
