Liaise East Anglia is launching a brand-new supported-living service in Littleport for six individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism. We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to help shape routines and provide person-centred care from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Understanding safeguarding responsibilities for vulnerable adults.
• Willingness to learn, develop and contribute as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with everyday routines and help achieve personal goals.
• Encourage independence and participation in hobbies and community activities.
• Promote dignity, choice, and positive outcomes in daily care.
