Job summary

Liaise is launching a brand-new service in the region, dedicated to six individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism. The home opens early October and invites Support Workers to help shape the culture, routines and person-centred care from day one.

We offer enhanced rates of pay and a supportive environment with development opportunities, coaching from our Positive Behaviour Practitioner team, and a clear path for progression within the growing organisation.

Qualifications

• We're looking for someone with previous experience in a care or support setting who is passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with everyday routines and helping them achieve their personal goals.
• Encouraging independence while supporting people to enjoy hobbies, interests, family time and activities within their local community.
• Promoting dignity, choice, respect and positive outcomes every day.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation to ensure high-quality, person-centred support.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to provide consistent, outstanding care.
