Liaise is forming a new regional service to support four people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. As a waking nights Support Worker you’ll help create a warm, person‑centred environment from the ground up and empower individuals to live the lives they choose.

You’ll join a growing team, receive enhanced pay, a strong learning and development programme, and access to practical coaching from our Positive Behaviour Practitioner team to help you deliver outstanding care every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care or support setting making a positive difference.
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues, people supported and families.
• Understanding safeguarding responsibilities and reporting duties.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily routines and help them achieve personal goals.
• Encourage independence and participation in local activities and hobbies.
• Promote dignity, choice, respect and positive outcomes daily.
• Maintain accurate records and care documentation with colleagues.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals for consistent care.
